Refund policy
ご注文内容と納品内容の相違、不良品や配送途中の破損などの事故がございましたら、お手数ではありますが、到着後5日以内にメール / istillamnewyork@gmail.com にて弊社までご連絡下さい。送料・手数料ともに弊社負担で早急に代替品をご送付致しますが、1点ものなど代替品がご用意出来ない場合には、お支払頂いた代金のご返金をもって対応を完了致します。
お客様都合による返品について
届いた実際の品物が想像と違ったといった場合には、到着後5日以内にご連絡下さい。返品により発生する送料や手数料を差し引いた金額のみお戻し致します。
サイズ展開がある製品の交換をご希望の場合も到着後5日以内にご連絡下さい。交換に要する送料（メーカーからの取り寄せが必要な場合には、その送料も含みます）はお客様にご負担頂きます。交換希望の品物が完売してご用意出来ない場合には、返品の対応を致します。その場合、発生する送料や手数料を差し引いた金額のみお戻し致します。
下記の状態に該当する商品の返品、交換はお受けできません。
1.一度使用された形跡があるもの。他に、商品に汚れやシワ、匂い移りなどが見られる場合や、金属製品など触れることにより変色が生じた場合、また、お客様の方で洗ったりや補修をされた場合も同様です。衣類や履物などの屋内での短時間のご試着は使用には含みませんが、その過程で商品の商品価値が下がる事が発生した場合には返品をお受けかねます。
2.商品付属のパッケージにシワや折り目、破れ（蓋の差し込み部のスリット破れも含みます）、汚れや擦れた痕などが付いている場合。タグなどその他の付属品についても同様です。但し、弊社にて出荷時にお品をお包みした際の薄葉紙や梱包材などはそれに該当しません。
3.品物自体に変化はなくとも、一度撮影に使用したものは返品をお受けできません。
4.ピアスやインナーなど、直接肌に触れるものや衛生商品。
5.サイズオーダーや名入れを承った商品。その他受注製作の商品。
6.書籍やその他定期刊行物。
7.サイズ違いや色違いなどを予め返品を見越して多数注文された場合。
8.お客様からのご連絡と弊社からの返信が完了していない段階で返送された商品。
返品の条件を満たさない商品を返送された場合には、こちらから着払いにて再送致します。
表現、及び商品に関する注意書き
・商品ごとの撮影環境や商品写真をご覧になるお客様のパソコンのディスプレイやスマートフォンの画面の色の再現の違いにより、写真と実物とで印象の違いが生じる可能性がございます。
・ハンドメイドや自然素材の作品や製品など、品物によっては個体差や微妙なサイズの違いが生じることがあります。1点ものの品物以外については、掲載されている写真の個体と販売する個体は違うものとお考えください。また、表記されたサイズは、実物と若干の差が生じる可能性がございます。
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
If there is any discrepancy between your order and what was delivered, or if you receive a defective item or damage during shipping, please contact us by e-mail / istillamnewyork@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. If we are unable to provide a replacement item, such as a one-of-a-kind item, we will refund your payment.
Returns for Customer Convenience
If you receive an item that is different from what you expected, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will refund you only the amount of the returned merchandise minus shipping and handling charges.
If you wish to exchange a product that is available in a range of sizes, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange (including the cost of ordering the item from the manufacturer, if necessary). If the item you wish to exchange is sold out and unavailable, we will return it to you. In that case, we will refund only the amount of the item, minus any shipping and handling charges incurred.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that fall under the following conditions
1. Items that show signs of having been used once. The same applies if the item is stained, wrinkled, or has an odor, or if it has been discolored by touching metal items, etc., or if the item has been washed or repaired by the customer. Trying on clothing or footwear indoors for a short period of time does not count as use, but we will not accept returns if the product's merchandise value is diminished in the process.
2. If the package that comes with the product has wrinkles, creases, tears (including slit tears in the lid insert), stains, or scuff marks on it. The same applies to other accessories such as tags. However, this does not apply to the thin paper or packing materials used to wrap the item when it was shipped by our company.
3. We do not accept returns of items that have been used for photography, even if the item itself has not changed.
4. Items that directly touch the skin or sanitary items such as earrings and innerwear.
5. Items that have been ordered in a specific size or personalized with a name. Other products made to order.
Books and other periodicals.
7. Orders for wrong size or color in anticipation of return.
8. Merchandise that is returned before the customer has contacted us and we have replied to the customer.
If you send back an item that does not meet the conditions for return, we will resend it to you by cash on delivery.
Representations and notes about the products
Please note that there may be differences between the actual product and the photograph due to differences in the environment in which each product is photographed and the color reproduction on your computer display or smartphone screen when viewing the product photograph.
Please note that the size of the item may differ from that shown in the photos, unless it is a one-of-a-kind item. Also, the size indicated may slightly differ from the actual item.
