配送ポリシー
送料について
日本国内について
ヤマト運輸にて配送を行い全国１２地域ごとに運賃を設定しております。サイズ６０センチ・2キロ以内の送料については、北海道1,490円、北東北980円、南東北860円、関東750円、信越750円、北陸750円、中部750円、関西750円、中国860円、四国860円、九州980円、沖縄1,320円になります。サイズが大きくなれば送料は準じまして上がることになります。配送料金の変更に伴いましてはその都度対応させていただきます。なるべく安く届けられるよう努めて行くつもりです。
海外への配送につきましては、EMSと小型包装物扱いにて航空便にて発送いたします。国によって配送手段が異なりますので、現在可能な手段の中から選択させていただきます。配送手段や料金の改定などにはフレキシブルに対応してなるべく送料コストを抑えられるように努めて行きます。
配送方法について
配送方法は当店指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様がお選び頂くことは出来ません。
日付指定や時間帯のご指定も原則として承っておりません。
配送日数について
国内に関しては基本的には配送完了後、2 ～ 3 日で到着いたします。（離島などの場合は 3 ～ 4 日かかる場合もございます。）
なお、自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。
海外に関しては、配送完了後EMSで4-7日、小型包装物の場合は10日から20日程度による配送になります。＊国により異なります。自然災害やその他配送が限られる状況のエリアではさらに時間を要することもあります。
配送中の破損などについて
梱包の際は外箱にキズや凹みが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のキズや凹み等はご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

For Domestic Shipping (Japan):
We offer nationwide shipping via Yamato Transport, with shipping rates set for 12 regions across Japan. For items within a size of 60 centimeters and a weight of up to 2 kilograms, the shipping rates are as follows:
- Hokkaido: ¥1,490
- Northern Tohoku: ¥980
- Southern Tohoku: ¥860
- Kanto: ¥750
- Shinetsu: ¥750
- Hokuriku: ¥750
- Chubu: ¥750
- Kansai: ¥750
- Chugoku: ¥860
- Shikoku: ¥860
- Kyushu: ¥980
- Okinawa: ¥1,320
Shipping costs may increase for larger-sized items. We will adjust the shipping fees accordingly. Our goal is to provide the most cost-effective shipping possible.
For International Shipping:
We offer international shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service) and small package air mail. Shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the destination country. We are flexible and will select the most suitable shipping method to minimize shipping costs.
Shipping Method:
Please note that the shipping method is determined by our store, and customers generally cannot choose their preferred method. Additionally, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.
Delivery Times:
For domestic shipping, most orders are expected to arrive within 2 to 3 days after shipping completion. However, for remote islands and other areas, delivery may take 3 to 4 days or longer. Please understand that natural disasters or large events in certain regions may impact delivery times.
For international shipping, EMS typically takes 4-7 days after shipping completion, while small package air mail may take 10 to 20 days, depending on the destination country. Please note that delivery times can vary by country, and some areas affected by natural disasters or limited transportation options may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping Damage:
While we take great care to package items securely to prevent damage during transit, there is always a possibility of damage or issues arising during delivery, for which the shipping carrier may be responsible. We kindly request your understanding if there are minor damages to the outer packaging that do not affect the use of the product."
