57とは１９８０年代にバスキアのアトリエがあった場所の番地。私が人生で大きく影響を受けた場所と言っても過言ではないでしょう。隠れ家レストラン＆バーで日本酒ソムリエ＆GMをしていたK+Pは、５７ collectionで販売されているユニークでありアイコニックなうつわたちに大変魅了されていました。器たちは訪れたお客様たちにも大変人気がありました。

今回はそんなコレクションを紹介できることを非常に嬉しく感じています。信楽焼のうつわですので形は日本的な感じですが、施されたデザインはどんな場所や国、料理にも自然に調和してしまう、アートなうつわを是非楽しんでもらいたいと思っています。
